Hello there, I’m Sharoon Shahid, the founder of audiblearray.com.

I started Audible Array to make the audio tech way more accessible for folks who dig sound. Whether you’re planning your next big podcast, laying down some sweet tracks, or just in it for the crystal-clear listening experience, I’ve got your back.

Like many of you, my journey wasn’t without its trials. I’ve spent countless hours messing around with all sorts of mics, testing audio tools, and editing software, all to find that killer sound quality that just lifts everything to another level.

I regularly contribute to this site as an author and serve as the chief editor.

Mic Testing Process

During our mic testing process, we check if the mics are easy to use, if they work with other gadgets, and, most importantly, how they sound. From catching every detail in a whisper to cutting out background noise, we test in all sorts of spots to make sure they’re up to scratch.

But here’s the thing—we also listen to what our readers have to say. Your feedback helps us figure out if these mics are doing their job in the real world. So, by the time we say a mic’s good to go, it’s not just because it hit all the right notes in testing, but because folks like you think it’s pretty awesome, too.
